advisors, Gerald Ray has more than 30 years of experience
managing
wealth for both organizations and private investors. He is a member of the
Association for Investment Management and Research and the Investment Company
Institute, as well as Past Co-Chair
of the National Conference for Investment Analysts. Ray holds an M.B.A. from
the Wharton School of Finance and a B.B.A. from Texas A&M University. |

Joseph H. Ray, JD
President
Joseph H. Ray formerly practiced corporate and securities
law with a leading Dallas firm. Today, he combines
the analytical skills developed in his legal practice
with a common-sense approach to investing. Joe has
over 15 years of experience in equity and fixed income
analysis and portfolio management. He is a member of
the Texas Bar Association. Joe earned his J.D. from
the University of Texas at Austin and his B.B.A. from
Emory University. He has been married to Alyson since
1990 and they have three daughters, Katie, Becca and
Lexi. |

Michael H. Kane, CFA
Executive Vice President – Portfolio Manager
Michael Kane began his investment career in 1988 working as a market maker at the Chicago Board Options Exchange. In 1991 he joined Weisberg & Fields, Inc. Investment Advisors where he obtained over 17 years experience in securities analysis and portfolio management. During that time, he earned the designation of Chartered Financial Analyst and went on to serve as President and Chief Investment Officer. Mr. Kane is a member of the CFA Society of Dallas - Ft Worth where he served 5 years as treasurer. He also serves as a member of the investment committees of the Dallas Jewish Community Foundation and the Endowment Foundation for the Dallas Home for Jewish Aged. He obtained an M.B.A. from Southern Methodist University and a B.S. in Finance from Babson College.

Beck
Executive Vice President – Portfolio Manager/Marketing
Michael Beck has over 20 years of experience
in the financial industry. Prior to joining Gerald L.
Ray & Associates, Ltd. in 1999, he worked as an investment
banker for a regional Dallas securities firm. He has
also served as an executive and financial officer for
several companies. Mr. Beck brings expertise in raising
capital and providing financial services in the fields
of communications, healthcare and retail. In 2004, he
became a NFLPA Registered Player Financial Advisor. He
received a B.A. in Economics and Business Administration
from Vanderbilt University. |

Lynette L. Heil, CPA Chief Compliance Officer and Controller
Lynette joined Gerald L. Ray and Associates, Ltd. in 2010. She is a Certified Public Accountant with over 20 years of experience. Prior to joining the firm, she was a Director in both the Sarbanes Oxley and Financial Consulting Practice with Tatum LLC.
She earned a B.B.A. in Accounting from Texas State University. |

Marcia Talbott
Bookkeeper
Marcia Talbott joined Gerald L.
Ray & Associates,
Ltd. in 1988.
She brings accounting knowledge and expertise from
her previous employment in the insurance industry.
Mrs. Talbott is primarily responsible for maintaining
accounts payable for the company and personal bookkeeping records for clients. She received
a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Missouri. |

Vicki Whittington
Operations Manager
Vicki Whittington obtained a B.B.A.
in Finance and a B.B.A. in Economics from Texas Tech
University in 1992 and recently received her M.A. in Economics at the University
of Texas at Arlington. In 1993, Ms. Whittington joined
the Operations Department of Gerald L. Ray & Associates,
Ltd. and was appointed Operations Manager in 1996.
She acts as liason between clients and brokers in opening and transferring custodian accounts, calculates performance numbers, prepares quarterly
and annual meeting reports for clients, and is involved
with account reconciliation. She holds a series 65
license. |

Cyndi Shackelford
Operations
Cyndi Shackelford has over 20
years of experience in the investment industry. She
oversees the reconciliation
of accounts at Gerald L. Ray & Associates, Ltd.
which includes the movement of money and securities,
transition of new accounts, posting of trades and
maintenance for performance reporting. Prior to joining
the firm in 1998, she held similar positions in the
Operations Department of Rauscher Pierce Refsnes, Inc.,
Southwest Securities Inc. and Principle Financial Securities. |

Bobbi Dinsmore
Administrative Assistant Bobbi
Dinsmore joined the firm as Executive Administrative
Assistant to Gerald Ray in 1992. She is responsible
for client services and performs duties related to general office management.
She has over 20 years of administrative experience
in the finance industry. Mrs. Dinsmore previously worked
as an Administrative Assistant to the President of
the Auto Division at Citicorp. |

Janet Thomas
Administrative Assistant Janet
Thomas has been an Administrative Assistant at Gerald
L. Ray & Associates, Ltd. since
2001. She assists the Chief Compliance Officer, maintains the master filing system, assists with the client billing process and performs duties related to general office management. Mrs.
Thomas has over 20 years of administrative experience
working in other industries. |
